Frequent Buyer Program

Our Astro Loyalty Frequent Buyer Program is free and easy to join. Sign up the next time you're in the store or give us a call and we can enroll you over the phone.  Once you buy 12 bags, you get the 13th bag for free!  All 12 bags must be of the same size and brand to qualify, but you can switch up the flavors.

Once your account is set up in our system, you can download the Astro Loyalty Pet Owner App (available on Google Play or the App Store) to track your progress. This allows you to see all the Frequent Buyer Program products and browse any other promotions available to you. Downloading the app is not a requirement for participation. Purchases made at other retailers are not eligible for rewards.

The Astro Loyalty Program replaces our old paper card system. Using your customer history, we are able to see when you're eligible for a free bag of pet food or bird seed.
